Aura cuddled her hands in her lap and looked down in the cookies. "This doesn't feel right. You keep giving so much. Cookies. Sling. Bears. Teaching me to swim. And I havn't given you anything yet." she didnt have anything to give ehr anyway how hard she thought.

Artica hears voices in the kitchen and decides to pop in. "Hey, whats going on in here?" She asks, walking up to the two currently chatting.

"Aura's feeling sad because she doesn't think she's given me anything and kI eep giving her everything," Cinsy explained, and drew a star on her knuckle. She looked up at Artica and smiled. "It's nice to see you."
"But what Aura doesn't realize is that she has given me something. A friend. And that's the best thing in the whole universe."

Aura smiled and her pearl white teeth showed. She cuddled into Cinsy smiling. Then asked something completly out of the blue. "Cinsy do you believe in God?" She remembered going to bed last night thanking God for Cinsy in her prayers

Cinsy looked at Artica and then at Aura. How could she answer that? For the longest time, she had believed, and then things had happened. Things had changed and everything was different, wrong. She hadn't thought about it for a while. She sighed and bit her lip.
"I don't know. I think I do, but I don't know."
Then she was silent.

She nodded. Then she moved closer and hugged Cinsy. "I believe that God gave me you Cinsy." She nuzzled into her smiling. "And I believe he just wants you and me to be happy. And wanted us to stay alive. Thats why he gave us all this." Aura could go and live with the souls but she considered this the most shes ever had.

"Well, yeah, I guess. It makes sense and all but .. Don't you ever think that there can't possibly be a God? Because like, all this bad stuff has happened. For years, people have just been killing people to show people that *cough* killing people is wrong. And they do it anyway. People enslave people; people rape and murder and torture people; people hate people; people are hypocrites and liars; people always, always leave no matter what they tell you; people just don't care anymore. "But then you know there has to be a God because of the amazing things we've done as people. I mean, the jumps in technology that make no sense and how we could go from primitive cavemen to all this. We can travel in space; we can call someone on the other side of the world without any lines to connect us; we have computers; and music; and electricity. "So in the end .. I believe there is a God. I just think he's bipolar."

Sunny blinks. "Maybe he's just a drinker."

"Well He could be. But then why would He say that .. Oh. That actually makes sense, Sunny! He tells people not to drink because He knows how bad it is for you because He is a drinker. That makes perfect sense!" Cinsy stands up and raises her hands to the ceiling.
"Great God, hear me now!" She pauses dramatically. "You should really not be such a hypocrite."
Then she sat back down, picked up a box of cookies and offered one to Sunny as though nothing had happened.
