Oh yes, amazing book alright.
I love it.
I just I do. I try to explain it to people, and I mention 'alien souls' and they are like..."what the..."
Oh, and I would like to mention, I saw in someone's signature "When I read Twilight, I thought human boys lost all of their charm, but The Host showed me they didn't" or something along those lines. I totally agree!
Wow, I love it.

i was very quickly absorbed by The Host. i mean, i guess i understand where people think that the beginning is weird, because it kinda is, but the whole thing is totally intriguing and easily The Host is one of the the freakin' best things i've ever read! i don't know, people just need to stick it out. i keep waiting for the book to hit the mainstream like Twilight did, because i read that book back when it first came out and nobody knew what the heck i was talking about. crossing my fingers that this book gets the same attention!!

I love that quote:
"When I read Twilight, I thought human boys lost all of their charm, but The Host showed me they didn't"
yeah when i first started reading the host i expected it to be somewhat on the same lines of twilight, but it was totally different and at first i was like, is this really the same author. but then i pulled me in and in the end i was like. stephanie meyer is amazing! she can write so different contrasting books and their all amazing!

I have a question: have you ever heard something about the host in conjunction with scientology?? my mom told me something like that! Is it true?

I found the beginning with the Seeker, Mel barely talking and her just visiting the Comforter etc. really boring, and thought ugh if this carries on...then it got really good as soon as Jeb found them! xD Really worth carrying on through the boring bits for.

Yep me too. I was obsessed! I just couldn't put it away! I loved it so much! Omg Ian & Wanda, I just loved them. I am SO glad that I bought it and read it. Because when I first heard about, I was like no way I'm reading this. But in the end my curiosity got the better of me and thank heaven for that!

i agree that the Host can be confusing at first but it is totally worth it if you continue. If anyone out there thinks the Host is stupid or boring take it back or pay the consequences cuase i LOVE the Host. i also recomend the Hunger Games the series. there really great. i also recomend Full Tilt. (can any one tell me how to make an avatar. idk how it works.)
